North Shore Gas ranked No. 1 in J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Study in Midwest Midsize Segment

Waukegan — North Shore Gas has been ranked No. 1 by J.D. Power. The company, which serves Chicago’s northern suburbs, earned the top spot among all midsize utilities in the Midwest in the latest J.D. Power U.S. Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study^SM.

North Shore Gas’ top ranking is based on a wide array of performance metrics including Cost, and Safety & Reliability.
